Impotent Laws in Orthopedic Note Taking

An impotent man refers to a man that cannot succeed in having or maintaining an erection but I would take it a lot further than that because anyone can get an erection but its only a weak impotent man that would want to hide behind a false image which is a complete false persona.  And as far as any man willing to abuse their power in order  to overpower anyone weaker or in a vulnerable position be it  physically, professionally or psychologically and manipulate a person, place or situation using their position is powerless in my book, weak and totally a total fraud.  to manipulate a person.  How could I have been so naive?  In order to accomplish their messed up agenda they must organize their clinic and their person into an isolated position which is easy when you work for yourself and by yourself therefore there is no one there to witness the deliberate crime.  For example the psychopath working alone in physical therapy  is characterized by a public face, a mask or well rehearsed roll that theyve manipulated many times over the years in a variety of setting would allow them to build a persons confidence without the person catching a glimpse of individuals nefarious agenda (Red carpet ready)  if you putting on a public show; with a superficial charm using calculated manipulation—behind a false show of empathy, with absolutely no conscience whatsoever, changing the record and the truth.  Sad to say this  type of individual is extremely rare like a snake in the grass waiting for their prey to feed their empty souls  indeed nevertheless they're out there doing damage and getting away with it. I would imagine any person that could actually do such a perverse action is completely void of a soul or conscience.   They are completely impotent in the heart department.  They are 100%  void of conscience and bona fide empty shells  After injuring an individual patient there is no remorse or acountability.   No one to witness or verify the truth.  

In an isolated, independent setting, this type of an individual thrive by  abusing  their power and authority to exploit a patients innocence and naivete and  manipulate situations for their own covert reasoning because they are extremely sick, pathetic and weak.   Often times they are hiding behind their illusion 

 while exploiting their personal power 

at the expense of a patient 

with no remorse and no

professional accountability for their actions 

since they can lie on the record all the while omitting the truth. 

They can  bury their  conscience because they don't have one.

But as the saying goes: 

"God knows everything and one day He will even the score"

You can bank on that one.

The law is in their favor  because their false story 

over-rides the truth but not their actions becausethe patient knows 

the facts and even if their records are blatant lies 

they have an unfair advantage namely whatever

the practitioner puts it down on the "record"  stays 

on the record but hopefully you wont have to find 

out the hard way like I did.

Do your own research.  

These laws are antiquated and one sided.  

These laws need to be changed and 

revised to restore the integrity within

 the medical community but especially in orthopedics 

in a solo medical practice: Manifest through the Following Behaviors

1. Interpersonal Manipulation

• Calculated Manipulation: Relationships are transactional rather than therapeutic. They may exploit patient vulnerabilities (e.g., pain, dependency) to gain money, favors, or compliance.
• Pathological Lying & Deceit: Habitually lying about credentials, treatment outcomes, or personal history to enhance their image. 

2. Affective and Empathy Deficits

Lack of Remorse or Guilt: They feel no regret after causing physical, financial, or emotional harm to patients, often blaming the patient 

• Callousness/Lack of Empathy: Indifference to patient pain or distress. They may view patients as tools for income rather than people in need of care.
• Shallow Affect: Their emotional expressions are superficial, mimicked, or cold, adapting to mimic empathy only as a tool for manipulation. 

3. Professional Behavioral Patterns

• 
  Grandiose Self-Worth: A belief that they are superior to other professionals and that standard ethical rules or licensing regulations do not apply to them.
• Dismissive of Concerns: Dismissing patient concerns or complaints, often gaslighting patients into doubting their own pain or treatment results.
• "Too Good to Be True" Claims: Offering unrealistic, "miracle" cures (e.g., rapid pain relief) or promoting unnecessary, expensive, or risky therapies to maximize profit.
• Lack of Accountability: Deflecting blame for poor outcomes, attributing issues to "non-compliant" patients or "incompetent" previous doctors. 

4. Lifestyle and Operational Risk

• Thrill-Seeking/Prone to "mistakes": they are reckless & violate safety protocols.
• Poor Behavioral Controls/Aggression: They display explosive anger if a patient questions their authority or if patient questions them; very controlling individuals.
• Frequent Changes: A history of abruptly changing locations, careers, or partners to escape accountability or consequences.

Warning Signs of a Psychopathic Provider: 

• They brag excessively about their abilities.

  They do sudden harmful treatments without justification or warning
• They are extremely cold & detached & very controlling

Avoid Interns Doing Your Surgery

If you or someone you love is facing hip or knee surgery in ordcr to avoid exploitation of any kind, negligence or unethical practices which could lead to devestating results it is imperative to demand transparency while under a doctor's care regardless of their social status or online reviews.  If there is nothing to hide, then any upright human being / doctor would welcome all questions & concerns prior to any procedure.  They'd be transparent about not being present during your surgery.  But there not. They greet you coming into the O.R. and once they put you under anesthesia all bets are off. They do what they want and allow incompetent interns to work on you without knowledge or prior chionsent.  Its criminal, unethical and very duplicitous.  The average patient has no idea this goes on until some immutable calamitous  outcome which can take many months or close to a year to figure it out and can alter the path of a persons life forever.  

Regarding modern orthopedic practices & the idea of any unethical practices among some healthcare providers & hospitals is unconscionable.  There have been some instances documented where some practitioners will alter medical records or even falsify reports or completely ghost the record on a given patient to appear as if they were not ever involved in the case when they were the one to give the orders!

Such unethical behavior extends to the manipulation of information & patient care wherein prior to surgery the patients are misled into believing that a specific surgeon will perform the procedure only to discover that the actual surgeon was not even present in the O.R. told later by his physician assistant Sam.  This type of deception not only undermines the integrity of the healthcare system but also poses significant risks to patient outcomes, safety and trust. Therefore, it is crucial for patients and their families to conduct your own personal detailed investigation, seek second opinions, and demand transparency in all aspects of their medical care to safeguard against such exploitation and malpractice.

The gravity of this issue cannot be overstated; it is essential to approach the matter with extreme seriousness in order to mitigate the potential for abuse of power & exploitation of any kind.

Patients must prioritize self-care and demand full transparency from providers, especially anyone exhibiting an inflated ego coupled with a do no wrong attitude can lead to unethical practices and lack of accountability. The notion that any healthcare professional could disregard the foundational principle of 100% transparency with a patient is not even conceivable or ethically right in my opinion.  How would you like it done to you?  

It is imperative to engage critically and assertively with health professionals to safeguard against potential exploitation and to ensure that the care received is both ethical and effective. 

Patients must be fully informed about who will perform their procedure; it is unacceptable for a surgeon to misrepresent their involvement, allowing untrained interns to undertake complex operations without adequate supervision. Such practices not only jeopardize patient outcomes but also tarnish the professional integrity of the medical hospital and surgeons name It is essential for patients to demand transparency and accountability, as the consequences of negligence can be severe and lasting. Therefore, I urge individuals to thoroughly vet their medical professionals, insist on clarity regarding their qualifications, and take a proactive stance in their healthcare decisions to prevent being misled and to uphold the standard of care.  And the other medical staff that are aware of these practices are just as guilty when their lack of action and integrity can lead to the disastrous outcomes.  

Truly the laws need to be revised to equal the scale of justice so that the Doctors will be consider the results of their actions in a patients life  before and not after  any egregious actions without a second thought.  

The current legal framework governing medical malpractice is profoundly inadequate, failing to hold physicians accountable for the consequences of their actions prior to the occurrence of egregious acts that irrevocably alter a patient’s life. It is imperative that legislative bodies undertake a comprehensive revision of these laws to ensure that the principles of justice are applied equitably and effectively. Orthopedic doctors must be compelled to consider the full impact of their decisions or allowing inept practitioners on patient outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability that prioritizes patient well-being over institutional protection. Without such reforms, the system will continue to perpetuate a cycle of negligence and impunity, undermining public trust in orthopedics. Therefore, it is essential that stakeholders advocate for immediate legal reforms to rectify this critical imbalance in the pursuit of justice. Nevertheless justice is imperative in the future of maintaining trust  & integrity  within the orthopedic community and those they serve. 

Before proceeding with any orthopedic procedure especially hip or knee surgery, it is crucial to conduct thorough research, as numerous undocumented malpractice lawsuits against medical professionals and hospitals do exist, often unreported, never filed or inadequately addressed. This alarming reality does not reflect the absence of guilt, negligence and disastrous wrongs that are calamitous to the occurrence of egregious acts that were never reported or ever fairly and honestly addressed. The innocence or integrity of these practitioners should not just go on their stellar google reviews since they may have been altered or the negative ones removed.  

Patients must seek out independent reviews and credible sources of information. Engaging in discussions with previous patients and consulting legal experts can provide invaluable insights into potential risks. It is imperative to recognize that the absence of documented malpractice does not guarantee quality care or ethical practices.
